All carriers must meet the following requirements before being approved:

  • Active MC and USDOT numbers with operating authority
  • Current certificate of insurance ($1M+ auto liability, $100K+ cargo)
  • Completed W-9 form
  • Satisfactory FMCSA safety record
  • Professional references upon request
